We offer a one-time exchange of a mattress set for one of equal or greater value; the customer pays any difference along with a one-time exchange fee of $179.99. This fee includes local pickup of the exchanged mattress set and delivery of the new selected set. Mostly Mattress also has a return policy on a number of unopened products in their original manufacturer's packaging, minus any shipping fees, if returned within two weeks of the original purchase date. B) Returns of unopened products

Certain non-mattress products may be eligible for return if unopened and in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
Eligible returns must be made within two (2) weeks of the original purchase date.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, and return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
